How to use this site
First, register as a member!
To use the reservation service on this site, please register as a member (no registration or annual fees). By registering as a member, you can use all services free of charge. To register as a member, please follow the steps below.
New member registration
Step 1 | Click the Register button
Click on the Sign Up button in the site menu at the top of every page on this site.
Step 2 | Temporary registration email sent
A page will appear where you can enter your email address, so enter it and click the "Send temporary registration email" button.
The email address you register here will be used to register as a member and to log in after registration.
Please set up your email settings so that you can receive emails from "@m-kankou.jp".

Step 3 | Provisional registration complete. Please check your email.
Your provisional registration is complete when you see the message "Thank you for your provisional registration" along with the email address you entered.
A provisional registration completion email will be sent to the email address you entered.
At this point, your membership registration process is not yet complete.
What if I don't receive an email?
・Please make sure the email address you entered is correct.
*Delivery may be delayed. Please wait for about 60 seconds.
・It may have been sorted into spam. Please search your entire mailbox for the keyword "Minatabi."
・If your email address is a carrier email address (docomo, au, softbank, rakuten, etc.), please make sure that you have permission to receive emails. Emails will be sent from @m-kankou.jp.

Step 4 | Click on the URL
Complete the member registration process.
A provisional registration completion email will be sent to the email address you entered.
Click on the URL in the email to display the member registration page.
Step 5 | Enter your registration details
When the member registration page appears, please enter the necessary information in the input form, agree to the personal information handling guidelines, and then click the "Confirm input information" button.

Step 6 | Click the Register button
This is the final confirmation screen for "Member Registration".
At this stage, your membership registration is not yet complete, so please double-check the information you entered and press the "Register as a member with these details" button.
If you wish to change the information you have entered, click the "Back (change input)" button to return to the information entry form, correct any necessary information, and then click the "Register as a member with these details" button.
Step 7 | Registration complete
The Registration Complete page appears.
An email will be sent to the email address you entered during your provisional membership registration, notifying you that your membership registration has been completed.
At this point your membership registration is officially complete.

After registering as a member, please follow the steps below to make a reservation on this site.

Step 1 | Search
Please use the search function below on the top page to search for accommodations.

Step 2 | Check the information
The search results list page will be displayed.
Click on one of the menus of businesses found based on your search criteria.
(The page displayed will vary depending on the menu you click.)

④ "Name of accommodation" and "View plans for this accommodation" ⇒Go to step 6

Step 3 | Business details
The individual details page of the applicable business will be displayed.
Step 4 | Gallery
A list of images of the interior, food, and services registered by the business will be displayed.
Click on the image to see it in a larger size.
Step 5 | Access
The business address, map, and traffic information are displayed.
You can check the map on Google Maps.
Step 6 | Testimonials
A list of testimonials from customers who have used the plan will be displayed.
Step 7 | Plan list
A list of available plans will be displayed.
Step 8 | Plan details
The details page of the selected plan will be displayed.
You can also check child rates and cancellation fees.
Click "Availability Search Calendar."
Step 9 | Select the date of use
Click on the desired day.
Step 10 | Select reservation details
Select the number of people and other terms of use and click the "Proceed to reservation procedure" button.
Step 11 | Login
The member login screen will be displayed. Enter your ID and password and click "Login".
If you are already logged in, the login screen will not be displayed and you can proceed to step 11.
Step 12 | Enter reservation information
Detailed information about the plan you selected and the reservation information will be displayed.
Please enter your reservation information.
Once you have completed entering all information, click the "Confirm input" button.
Step 13 | Final Check
This is the final confirmation screen for your reservation.
At this stage, your reservation application (including inquiries) has not yet been completed.
Please double check the information you entered and press the "Confirm Reservation" button.
If you wish to change any of the information you have entered, click the "Re-enter" button to return to the information entry form, correct any necessary information, and then click the "Confirm reservation details" button.
Step 14 | Reservation complete
The reservation application completion screen will be displayed.
We will send a confirmation email of your reservation to the email address you entered when registering as a member.
You can check the reservation details you entered from your "Member My Page".
[Payment of fees]
Payment can be made on-site or by credit card. To avoid any misunderstandings when making payment, we recommend that you bring a copy of your reservation confirmation email or reservation status inquiry screen with you.
Cancellation of reservation
Regarding cancellation of a reservation: If you need to cancel your reservation for unavoidable reasons, you will need to go through the cancellation procedure.
To cancel your reservation, please complete the cancellation procedure on "My Page."
However, due to the procedures on the website, as a general rule, same-day cancellations cannot be processed via the website. Please contact the accommodation facility or business directly.
To cancel your reservation, please follow the steps below.
How to cancel a reservation
Step 1 | Click on My Page
Click My Page.
If you are not logged in, click Log In to proceed to My Page.
Step 2 | Click on your reservation number
You can check a list of your reserved plans in the usage history on your My Page.
To cancel, click on the reservation number.
Step 3 | Confirm reservation details
The reservation details will be displayed.
Please confirm the details regarding changes and cancellations to your reservation and then click the "Cancel Reservation" button.
We do not accept changes to reservations. If you wish to make a change, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
Step 4 | Final confirmation of reservation cancellation
A final confirmation of your reservation cancellation will be displayed.
If you want to cancel, click the "Yes, cancel" button. If you do not want to cancel, click the "No, do not cancel" button.
You can also enter a reason for cancellation.
