I had the impression that many sake breweries did not open their breweries for public tours in December, which I imagined must be an important season for sake brewing. I was impressed by the special atmosphere of the old wooden building that has been carefully preserved, and as I entered, I could feel the quiet breath of sake as well as the maturation of Izumo's natural environment and human activities. I was moved by the sense of nature and human activities that have matured in Izumo, along with the quiet breath of the sake. I had decided to go to the Okuizumo area to experience the scale of mythology, and my visit here made my trip from the next day even more imaginative. I also learned the joy of connecting with the makers of the sake as the recipient. I learned a completely new way to enjoy sake, a new way to enjoy the food that accompanies it, and most importantly, a new way to cherish it. Even though we arrived a little early, they were courteous and very helpful. We were told that the contents of the tour change depending on the time of year, so we would like to visit at a different time next time. The sake tasting at the end of the tour was also interesting, as we were able to enjoy the different tastes.
