It was my first time to visit a sake brewery, and I learned a lot from the detailed and easy-to-understand explanation of the history of the cotton road and the sake brewing process. The story of how the tradition of sake brewing is interpreted by modern science was also very interesting and made me want to learn more about sake. I regret that I did not take enough pictures, but I would like to visit again someday. Thank you very much.

Even though we arrived a little early, they were courteous and very helpful. We were told that the contents of the tour change depending on the time of year, so we would like to visit at a different time next time. The sake tasting at the end of the tour was also interesting, as we were able to enjoy the different tastes.
