Visiting the area from Tokyo on a sightseeing tour of Izumo Taisha Shrine, I searched for cultural experiences in the Izumo City area and joined the tour because I am interested in traditional crafts and folk art. I was interested in traditional crafts and folk art, so I joined the tour. I had a good time because it was raining and it was difficult to go sightseeing outdoors. The explanation of the development of local culture with geography and history was very clear, and I am glad that I was able to gain interest in Izumo, which I was not familiar with.

Perhaps because it was early in the morning on a weekday, there were few people on the cotton road, and we were able to stroll around slowly. I had always wanted to try weaving, so I signed up for the weaving experience here. We had a very enjoyable weaving experience while listening to the stories of the weavers and their kind staff. Although the world has become more convenient, I had a good time learning about the good old days in Japan and remembering my childhood memories. Thank you very much.
